Standard message and data rates may apply. You may opt out of promotional text messages by replying STOP, but you may still receive necessary non-promotional or patient-care communications where legally permitted.
 

Ordinary email and text messaging may not be fully secure. Do not use standard email or text messaging for emergencies or highly sensitive medical information. When available, use our secure patient portal for clinical communications.
 

Consent to receive promotional communications is not a condition of receiving medical care or purchasing services.
