Dr. Lenita Hammonds-Murphy is a healthcare professional, educator, community advocate, and wellness leader with more than 17 years of experience serving individuals and families through medicine, education, and health promotion.Throughout her career, Dr. Murphy has been passionate about helping people understand the connection between health, lifestyle, and quality of life. Her work extends beyond clinical care and into community engagement, wellness education, prevention, and empowering individuals to take ownership of their health journey. As Founder of Restorative Medicine & Wellness, PLLC. Dr. Murphy combines medical knowledge with practical wellness principles to create programs that are accessible, sustainable, and impactful. Her vision is to help individuals and communities become healthier, fitter, stronger, and more functional through education, accountability, and restorative wellness practices.

Ricardo Murphy serves as Executive Project Manager and Transformation Strategist for Restorative Medicine & Wellness.With a background in business development, entrepreneurship, community engagement, and program management, Ricardo brings both professional expertise and lived experience to the organization.After successfully transforming his own life and losing more than 185 pounds, Ricardo became passionate about helping others navigate their own health journeys.His transformation was not built on perfection. It was built on trial and error, consistency, accountability, and making better choices every day.Ricardo's passion is helping individuals understand that sustainable health is possible through practical systems that fit real life.At Restorative Medicine & Wellness, he helps develop programs, educational resources, strategic partnerships, and wellness initiatives designed to create measurable impact throughout the communities we serve.
